Our team was commissioned by Granite Properties to create a cutting-edge audiovisual artwork for their newly built 23Springs Class AA Commercial Office Building and Retail.
Our creative concept for this massive canvas draws inspiration from natural forms and rhythms, using the logic of an elevator as both a narrative device and a structural framework for traveling through stunning worlds.
Viewers are guided through a series of “worlds” within the virtual building, each with its own visual and sonic identity and atmosphere, echoing the diversity found in nature.
The experience also functions as a living clock—every quarter hour marked by subtle visual and sonic flourishes, and each hour punctuated by a dramatic transition into a new visual world. This layered approach creates a sense of progression, discovery, and time unfolding in a continuous, immersive flow.
At the core of this development is a six-layer system, each layer containing its own set of interactive elements.
These layers are composited into a single 8K canvas, creating a unified visual environment. A custom-built computer cluster handles the heavy lifting—processing, synchronizing, and playing back the high-resolution content in real time. The result is a scalable, high-performance platform where complex visuals and interactive components work together seamlessly.
The experience unfolds over a full 24-hour cycle, with each hour introducing a new visual world. These worlds progress through three thematic states—Sprout, Growth, and Pollinate—mirroring the natural cycles of emergence, development, and renewal.

Surrealist Fauna: Tarpon
In Sprout, the experience begins at an intimate scale—zoomed deep into the surface of a tarpon’s scale, revealing shifting metallic textures and refracted colors that ripple like liquid metal.
As the scene transitions into Growth, the perspective expands to an open expanse where vast swarms of tarpons move in synchronized waves, their bodies catching flashes of light as they weave in endless patterns. Finally, in Pollinate, the environment transforms into a surreal, anamorphic 3D water tank.

Sacred Gardens
A landscape where nature bends the rules of reality—towering flowers with translucent petals sway against a sky of shifting hues, while vines twist into impossible geometries. Colors bloom and fade in waves, as if the garden itself breathes.
Viewers’ movements send gentle pulses through the habitat, creating new growth, unfurling blossoms, and triggering unexpected bursts of light and motion.
The Worlds /
Icons
In Sprout, a single iconic landscape selected from across the nation is revealed in its raw photographic form—its contours and textures becoming the foundation for what’s to come
By Pollinate, the transformation reaches full complexity—an immense, living architectural tapestry of impossible scale and vivid color, constantly shifting as if the building itself is growing new forms.

Surrealist Fauna: Monarch
This theme explores the iconic Monarch butterfly at three scales of life and movement. In the Sprout state, the viewer is immersed in the macro world of the monarch’s wing.
In Growth, subtle, fragmented silhouettes of monarchs emerge, gliding through the air like fleeting memories, their forms weaving in and out of layered compositions. Finally, in Pollinate, the scene transforms into a full, intricate system—thousands of monarchs in coordinated motion, representing the sweeping migration that spans continents.

Underwater Abstractions
Immersed in a dreamlike ocean, towering coral structures bloom in impossible shapes and colors, their forms shifting in response to the presence of viewers.
